CO2 Emission Monitoring

Carbon Footprinting

Today, the term “carbon footprint” is used as shorthand for the amount of carbon (usually in tonnes)being emitted by an activity or organization. A carbon footprint is defined as total amount of greenhouse gases produced to directly and indirectly support human activities, usually expressed in equivalent tons of carbon dioxide (CO2). Our carbon Footprint measurement translates the amount of carbon dioxide emissions into the amount of productive land and sea area required to sequester those carbon dioxide emissions. It is composed of two parts, a primary and secondary footprint. The primary footprint is the sum of the direct carbon dioxide emissions of burning of fossil fuels, like domestic energy consumption by furnaces and waters heaters, and transportation, like automobiles and airplane travel. The secondary footprint is the sum of indirect emissions associated with the manufacture and breakdown of all products, services and food an individual or business consumes.

Carbon Reduction Plan

We provide carbon reduction plan to our client which helps our client to reduce the carbon emission by their factory’s operational activities. Carbon sequestration by trees is estimated from the canopy of trees. By adopting carbon reduction plan an industry may be able to balance its CO2 emission.
